Job Description

Position Type: Full-time
Job Description:
- End-to-end recruitment process handling.
- Maintain employee relations and address grievances.
- Manage payroll, leave records, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update databases.
- Assist in employee training and development programs.
- Support performance reviews and HR reporting.
- Handle confidential employee information.
- Collaborate with finance team for payroll administration.
- Support HR projects, employee engagement, and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Hindi (preferred).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR systems beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
