Overview: The Chief Operating Officer for Intimates Wear will lead the manufacturing division dedicated to intimate apparel, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for manufacturing optimization.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and compliance with standards.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and coordinate with supply chain.
- Analyze market trends, drive product development, and maintain relationships.
- Ensure production targets are met with high standards.
- Report operational performance to the executive team.
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Manufacturing, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 13 years experience in intimates wear manufacturing.
- Current manufacturing general managers are encouraged to apply.
