Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Process Excellence team to achieve migration project targets.
- Ensure process migrations progress according to agreed timelines and reporting requirements.
- Analyze organizational issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop new processes and provide sound recommendations to address client concerns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of process migration best practices and industry trends.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in Business Management/Accounting (ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA).
- 6+ years of experience in process excellence, process improvement, and process migration.
- Proven experience in process migration projects, particularly from a client perspective.
- Qualification/Experience in Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both local and foreign clients (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
