Adamjees, also known as Adamjee Lukmanjee & Sons, is a renowned pioneer manufacturer and exporter of Coconut Oil, Copra, and Desiccated Coconut. The company is a prominent Trading Company in Sri Lanka and is one of the largest exporters of combined Coconut Kernel products. Adamjees also engages in local manufacturing and distribution of N-Joy Branded Coconut Oil and imports Cement under the Brand “Saviya” and Adamjees Animal Feed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborating with HR to define job requirements and roles.
- Crafting job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on set criteria.
- Conducting interviews and coordinating follow-ups.
- Coordinating job offer process and negotiation.
- Maintaining awareness of recruitment trends.
- Engaging in job fairs to enhance employer brand.
- Maintaining a candidate database.
Education and Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in HR is desirable.
- Proven experience in recruitment with successful hiring records.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and selection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Organizational and time management skills for multiple positions.
