OVERVIEW
Join us as the Head of Sales to lead our dynamic team, drive sales strategies, expand market reach, and build strong client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently.

PRE-REQUISITES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in senior sales leadership within the automobile industry.
- Experience in sales of energy-related products is a plus.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
