Job Description
Our client company, Jobfactory, is a leading Travel & destination services provider in Sri Lanka.
Job Role: We are looking for a Junior Travel Executive to manage customer inquiries, provide quotations, and handle bookings for flights, hotels, and tours in Colombo. Night shifts required.
Location: Colombo 02
Working Hours: 5 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Onsite)
Qualifications & Experience: 1 year travel industry experience, GDS proficiency, strong customer service skills, detail-oriented, ability to work independently at night.
Responsibilities:
- Manage travel inquiries
- Provide accurate quotations
- Handle end-to-end bookings
- Coordinate with suppliers
- Monitor ongoing trips
- Maintain itinerary records
