Job Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and vision.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for expansion.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed revenue goals.
- Drive the acquisition of new clients and manage key accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
- Oversee pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, vendors, and partners to secure mutually beneficial terms.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the commercial team, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial activities and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments such as operations, logistics, and finance to optimize processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.
