Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team and help transform complex data into insightful visualizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting, with a focus on optimizing performance for business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide data insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements and deliver visualizations.
• Prepare and organize large datasets for analysis.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in visualizations.
• Provide support for Tableau-related technical issues and troubleshoot performance problems.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Tableau Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Experience with SQL and data extraction from relational databases.
• Familiarity with data analysis techniques and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).
• Experience with Tableau Prep and Tableau’s REST API.
• Background in data warehousing or ETL processes.
