Job Description
A leading company based in Colombo 10 is seeking a Purchasing Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day purchasing operations and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future requirements.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with departments for smooth material flow.
Key Requirements:
- Education: G.C.E. A/L in Commerce or Science, Degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in purchasing/procurement.
- Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, strong English communication and negotiation skills.
