Job Description: We are looking for a career-driven Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Process invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist senior accounting team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of online banking and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
