Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements.
• Backlog Management: Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring the team understands priorities.
• Team Management: Collaborate with the development team to ensure clear and achievable requirements.
• Sprint Planning: Define sprint goals and focus on delivering value in sprint planning meetings.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
• Product Roadmap: Develop and communicate the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback for product decisions and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in product management, requirement analysis, and team leadership.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
