Role Description:
The Head of Sales will lead sales strategies for General Trade and Modern Trade channels. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, team building, market penetration, and optimizing sales operations.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for both Trade channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscape for sales approach.
- Team Building and Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage sales teams.
- Mentor sales managers and ensure alignment with goals.
- Market Penetration & Distribution Expansion:
- Establish distribution networks and partnerships.
- Ensure product availability and visibility.
- Sales Operations & Execution:
- Oversee sales operations and monitor performance.
