Job Description
Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Sri Lankan Calendar)
Duration: 6 months contract
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire Data Management System (DMS) migration project lifecycle.
- Partner with vendors for a smooth transition and manage expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, provide training, and ensure user adoption.
- Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, and dependencies.
- Track progress, measure success metrics, and report to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing IT projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in stakeholder and risk management preferred.
- Knowledge of document management systems and migration processes desirable.
