Overview: CAREER141 is seeking a Strategic Operations Business Partner with proficiency in analytics and forecasting within the automobile industry. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, forecasting, and collaborating with teams to drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate can effectively communicate insights and ensure seamless operations with partners and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sales, distribution, and performance forecasts for decision-making.
• Analyze sales data to predict trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Present findings to senior management for actionable insights.
• Coordinate with committees, suppliers, and partners to align strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in strategic planning with data-driven recommendations.
• Optimize distribution channels for market penetration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in strategic operations or business analytics in the automobile industry.
