Job Description

We are a start-up seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to lead our Inbound Travel Team at Destinations Plus. Join us for a unique opportunity to make an impact and grow your skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with suppliers, handling bookings, developing travel products, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Speak either French, Spanish, German, Italian or Dutch – Compulsory
- Proven experience in inbound travel
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka and its key attractions
- Working relationship with stakeholders in and out of Sri Lanka
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English and any other language is an advantage
- Ability to respond to travel needs around the clock
