Job Description
PAY/HRIS Consultant / Specialist-Kelaniya
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements, Blue print documentation, UAT, Live Run & Support
- HRIS & Payroll Mapping with the process
- Project Communication & Documentation
- Participation for client meetings
Key Requirements
- Degree or Full/part qualification in HRM from a recognized university or institution
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in HRM/Payroll field
- Experience in HRIS would be a definite advantage
- Excellent communication skills
Salary around 120K-150K
