Job Description

Role Description: This is a contract role that involves providing technical support, analyzing issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position is a hybrid role based in Colombo with some remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for frontline agents seeking technical assistance.
- Provide timely troubleshooting and problem resolution for technical challenges.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document all technical inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Develop and deliver training materials to enhance frontline agents’ ability to resolve customer issues independently.
