🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Department to develop HR support systems aligning with business goals.
- Create retention strategies to minimize turnover.
- Manage recruitment process and conduct sales interviews.
- Ensure sales teams have industry-standard infrastructure support.
- Coordinate Training & Development programs and manage Performance Appraisal.
- Address grievances, manage employee relations, and support conflict resolution.
- Implement best practices in health and safety for sales staff.
- Support Corporate HR team and contribute to counseling process when necessary.
🔸 Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, HRM, or related professional qualifications.
- Proven HR Business Partner experience, preferably in sales-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes aligning with sales operations.
