Job Description

Planning & Execution of production schedule of manufacturing & packaging floor and monitoring of all process related activities for Oral Solid Dosage plant.

• Responsible to follow and Ensure cGMP, GDP, Quality & Company Policy for compliance for Oral Solid Dosage plant.
• Handling of deviation, change controls, investigation, and incidences for Oral Solid Dosage plant as per established eQMS System.
• Preparation, Review, and Approval of BMR, BPR, and SOP’s for manufacturing process, equipment, and machinery of Oral Solid Dosage plant.
• Responsible for Co-ordination for the on-the-job training of department personnel with the training department and training of new employees as per their designated work area.
• Responsible for executing and monitoring SAP ERP functions like PR, MRN, Material consumption, Manufacturing Order execution, and closure for Oral Solid Dosage plant.
• Responsible for preparing the Shift schedule and utilizing manpower effectively for Oral Solid Dosage plant.
• Responsible to monitor/Implement KPI’s to measure and track team performance.
• Ensure real-time completion of all BMR/BPR and other documents upon the batch/activity’s completion.
• Coordinate with the continuous improvement team for generating/implementation of CI initiatives in the manufacturing & packaging processes.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department for troubleshooting, investigation, and preventive maintenance of all manufacturing & packaging equipment.
• Participate in any activities pertaining to training – EHS, performance management, lean six sigma, etc., organized by the company for the benefits of staff and the company.
• Enforce and ensure Environment, Safety, and Health (EHS) compliance in the workplace.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Science (B Pharm, BSc Pharmacy, or Chemistry) or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years working experience in pharmaceuticals manufacturing of Oral Solid Dosage Formulations.
• Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact well with all parties concerned.
• Able to work under pressure/ shift basis to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
