Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Keeper at Abans Group Sri Lanka in Seeduwa & Kohilawaththa. The Assistant Store Keeper will be responsible for tasks such as packing, inventory control, inventory management, unloading, and forklift operation on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods; maintain accurate stock levels and documentation.
  • Implement stock rotation, issue materials per requisitions, and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain records of stock movements and generate inventory reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manage deliveries, and assist in loading/unloading goods.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Inventory Management
  • 1 year experience
  • Proficiency in inventory management software
  • Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
