Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
- Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams.
- Handle escalations and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Create and update configuration guides.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
- Proficiency in databases such as SQL and MongoDB.
- Skilled in data calculations using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT.
- 3-5 years of technical support experience.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
