Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from a reputed institution.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in Solar project management and operations.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Solar projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operating plants and ensure optimum output through scheduled maintenance and operations.
- Overlooking new projects and managing resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Building relationships with government agencies to ensure timely approval of projects.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for professional growth.
- Managing and leading cross-functional teams to maintain optimum performance levels.
- Maintaining and reporting performance statistics of power plants and addressing issues.
