Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create PowerPoint presentations as per trainers’ requirements
- Coordinate and maintain client trackers, ensuring all details are up to date
- Schedule appointments with directors, aligning with their timetables
- Communicate effectively with leads to coordinate schedules and appointments
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination of marketing and business development activities
- Provide administrative support for client engagement tasks, including follow-ups and documentation
Requirements:
- Undergraduate, fresh graduate, or school leaver in Business Management or Marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Must reside in or near Colombo for easy commuting
