Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing & executing Financial Strategy, providing insights on financial planning, risk management & forecasting.
• Foster a culture of financial accountability across the organization.
• Oversee financial management, accounting, reporting, internal controls & compliance.
• Implement financial controls, policies & procedures, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements & analyses.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, cash flow, liquidity planning & capital structure.
• Lead treasury function for effective management of debts, investments & risks.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, regulators & stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, professional qualification preferred.
• 8-10 years’ financial experience, 5 years in managerial positions.
• Strong in Strategic Financial Management, expertise in Planning, Budgeting, Controlling, Auditing & Reporting.
• Thorough knowledge of local & international accounting standards & compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability in cost-saving initiatives & operational efficiency improvements.
• Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, with strong tech aptitude.
