Job Description
Job Duties:
- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure diverse and qualified teams
- Devise sourcing strategies and implement candidate hiring processes
- Build relationships with managers, identify staffing needs, and select criteria for candidates
- Source applicants, create job descriptions, and plan interview procedures
- Organize job fairs, keep recruitment records, and ensure positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
