Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and executing Commercial Agreements independently or under supervision.
- Handling Company Trademark registrations and Intellectual Property matters.
- Dealing with land title examinations and Notarial work.
- Managing Litigation matters and collaborating with attorneys.
- Coordinating with external legal entities and fulfilling Company tasks.
Requirements
- 6-10 years experience as an Attorney-at-Law in a corporate/law firm.
- Notaries License for English/Sinhala practice and Commissioner of Oaths.
- L.L.B Degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala, both speaking and writing, and computer literacy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, team player with the ability to work independently.
