Job Summary:
The Procurement Assistant supports the procurement team in acquiring goods and services efficiently. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, maintaining records, processing orders, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain procurement records and assist in cost analysis.
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to guidelines.
- Provide reports and administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Procurement/Inventory Management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
