Job Description

Responsible for improving maintainability and reliability of Pre Press, Press, Post Press, and Digital Printing machinery and equipment. Focus on increasing mean time between failure (MTBF) while reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) to enhance business operations efficiency. Also in charge of vehicle and building maintenance functions.

• Plan, initiate, implement, and manage maintenance programs based on best practices in the printing industry.
• Communicate, gather information, analyze, and develop cooperative plans for the maintenance team.
• Trace, analyze, and improve key maintenance parameters like energy and material usage.
• Calculate MTTR, MTBF, and provide improvement suggestions.
• Implement Lean management initiatives for efficiency and productivity enhancement.
• Develop and implement TPM system within the company.
