Job Description
We are looking for a skilled individual with expertise in Payroll Management to join our Bank’s team. Responsibilities include ensuring precise payroll administration, compliance with regulations, and accurate disbursement of financial benefits.
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma in HR Management
- 3-5 years HR experience, specializing in Payroll in a banking environment
- Knowledge of labor laws related to Payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS
- Experience in ICBS (AS400) is a plus
- Strong analytical and time management skills
