We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee and coordinate our office operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage and support a team of employees, ensuring productivity and engagement.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Handle budgeting and financial management for office expenses.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
  • Liaise with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
  • Organize company events and employee activities to promote a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make effective decisions.
