Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist the project team with project documentation, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision. Responsibilities include planning, executing MEP engineering projects, ensuring quality control, testing, and commissioning. Qualifications require an advanced diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, 3-5 years of experience, proficiency in CAD software, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling, and coordination of project objectives.
• Execution of MEP engineering projects and QA/QC work processes.
• Formulation of project parameters and team assignments.
• Testing, commissioning, and process improvement.
• Provide documentation for certification, safety, and client coordination.

Qualifications:

• Advanced diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering roles.
• Exposure to Commercial Kitchen & Laundry projects is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and proficiency in CAD software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
