Job Description

To facilitate MIS reporting and analysis: Ensure timely preparation and submission of the monthly MIS packs and other management reporting- monthly accounts, CFS, working capital analysis etc., brand wise profit and loss analysis and other analysis as per the requirement of CFO/ management. Ensure necessary scrutiny and review at GL level so that there is no surprise in BS/ PL.

To facilitate statutory accounts: Ensure timely preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with International Accounting Standards (IASs)/ International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).

To facilitate budget/ annual operating plan (AOP): Participate along with Finance Lead for timely preparation of budget/ AOP and ensure budgetary control.

Handling audits: Ensure timely closure of external audits (annual and quarterly) and resolving the matters raised by internal/ external auditors.

Working capital management: Extensive review of inventory, debtors and other working capital components, coordinate with concerned department/ individuals to make sure that net working capital is maintained at the lowest level.

Sales Finance – Closely working with sales team, preparing product value chains.

Driving cost control initiatives: Review of fixed overhead, conversion cost, and other cost components and signaling the inefficiency of resources; partner with other departments/ cross functions for cost control.
