Job Description
Merc-Stop is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and experience in the automobile industry, this is your chance to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and handle detailed inventories of vehicles.
- Assist with customer queries both in person and over the phone.
- Provide clear and in-depth information on products and services.
- Prepare job cards, quotes, and invoices.
- Liaise with the workshop on repair status and keep customers informed.
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience.
- Maintain a strong NPS score and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery and performance checks on vehicles.
- Support the Service Manager with daily operations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Automobile Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a European vehicle service center.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work on shifts and handle customer concerns proactively.
- Valid driving license.
