Job Description

Merc-Stop is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and experience in the automobile industry, this is your chance to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and handle detailed inventories of vehicles.
• Assist with customer queries both in person and over the phone.
• Provide clear and in-depth information on products and services.
• Prepare job cards, quotes, and invoices.
• Liaise with the workshop on repair status and keep customers informed.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience.
• Maintain a strong NPS score and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery and performance checks on vehicles.
• Support the Service Manager with daily operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Automobile Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a European vehicle service center.
• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Ability to work on shifts and handle customer concerns proactively.
• Valid driving license.
