Role Description
This full-time position at UEXPLUS office in Colombo 03 involves RF planning, network optimization, RF design, and monitoring KPIs. Remote work flexibility is available for this Senior RF Optimization Engineer role.
Qualifications
- BEng, BIT, BSC, or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Preferably 1+ year experience in RF Optimization.
- Experience in SSV, SSO, OSS, load balancing is advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing multi-technology networks.
- Proficiency in RF tools and software.
- Strong analytical, managerial, and negotiation skills with excellent communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
