Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage local & foreign customers to drive sales and meet individual and store-wide goals.
- Deliver a high level of customer service.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of products.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards by ensuring products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and organized.
- Assist in stock-taking and inventory control.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve store objectives.
Pre-Requisites:
- Proven experience in Duty-free retail shops.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- A passion for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle is highly desirable.
