We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Account Manager to be the strategic partner our clients need, ensuring their satisfaction while driving growth through retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and strengthen the sales pipeline, work closely with business development heads, and lead a dedicated team to optimize performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Build lasting relationships with clients, driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to grow business.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on strategic planning and budgeting.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and contribute to sales funnel management.
- Work with governance teams to optimize sales performance and improve processes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Client Account Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
- Diploma in Marketing (SLIM/CIM) required; degree or MBA preferred.
- Solid understanding of technology trends, marketing platforms, and industry dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
