Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Colombo. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in business development or sales in freight forwarding is mandatory
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities
