Job Description

Applova is a rapidly growing tech company specializing in mobile solutions for restaurants. We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to assist with customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
  • Assist customers with onboarding
  • Set up customer menus in the system
  • Respond promptly to support requests
  • Collaborate with the team to provide necessary support

Desired skills and experience:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data entry skills
  • Business acumen and customer service focus
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Support experience
