Job Description
ROLE PROFILE
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial planning processes, including budgeting and variance analysis.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and communicate findings.
- Produce timely financial reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Control costs, collaborate with departments, and mitigate financial risks.
- Implement internal controls, develop strategies, and align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Evaluate investments, oversee cash flow, and manage banking relationships.
- Interact with auditors, regulatory bodies, and ensure tax compliance.
- Monitor and control financial operations.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Fully Qualified Accountant (CA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- 3 – 5 years hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
