This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at our 32-room property in Wadduwa. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the resort’s operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, strategic planning, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Financial acumen and budget management
- Knowledge of industry trends and customer expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Certification in Hotel Management or relevant professional qualification
