Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably within the apparel or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance management in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance specific to the apparel industry.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on conflict resolution and team management.
