Qualifications
- Recruitment, Staffing, and Employee Relations skills
- Performance Management and Training & Development experience
- HR Policy implementation and Compliance knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
