Sales & Marketing Manager
Our client is one of the reputed companies located in Kelaniya.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product category and overall sales/marketing
- Develop/implement annual sales/marketing plan
- Forecast product demand, analyze market trends
- Liaise/collaborate with distributors/trade partners
- Create strategic plans for category development
- Utilize promotional budgets effectively
- Obtain/analyze sales & inventory data
- Visit markets regularly for insights
- Manage sales/marketing team and events
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in FMCG Sales & Marketing
- Experience in management, with a professional qualification or MBA
- Dealing with various trade channels
- Excellent communication, analytical, and planning skills
- Passion for Sales & Marketing, willingness to travel
- Experience in beverage industry is an advantage
