Job Description
- Ensuring talent identification process is carried out annually using 09 Box Tool.
- Ensuring succession plans for Critical Positions are identified and reviewed annually.
- Organizing Talent Review Committee meetings to finalize talent mapping and succession plans of the Group.
- Liaising with Unit Heads and Line Managers to devise Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to groom and develop successors.
- Ensuring adherence to IDP and overseeing completion of IDPs within the set timelines to fast-track development of successors.
- Rolling-out Group-wide coaching and mentoring programs to develop talent.
- Monitoring key Talent Management metrics.
- Conducting training and awareness sessions to Line Managers on talent mapping and succession planning.
- Implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion plans for the Group, continuously improving on DEI action plans and establishing global best practices.
- Implementing corporate culture transformation (Advantis DNA) blueprint in Units through identified teams.
- Designing & executing communication campaigns related to DEI and Advantis DNA to engage employees and build awareness.
