Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through various digital channels.

- Guide customers through online journeys and reduce telephone calls.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer experiences and processes.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of BPO or customer service experience.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Technological proficiency and experience with Zendesk platform preferred.
