Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies, lead profitability improvements, identify cost reduction opportunities, establish new revenue avenues, and lead budget preparation.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Develop financial models, track key metrics, provide stakeholders with insights, ensure audits, and comply with accounting standards.
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and enhance profit through financial negotiations.
- Financial Operations: Oversee accounting, payroll, tax functions, and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA/ACA), with qualifications in CIMA/ACCA. An MBA or CFA is an added advantage.
- Champion in leading finance teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
