Job Description
Due to business expansion, NDB Bank is currently looking for Collections Associates for our Retail Collections and Recoveries Unit. Collections Associates are required to use negotiation skills to recover delinquent payments while providing excellent service to meet clients’ needs.
The ideal candidate:
- Should be below 24 years old with 2 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
- Must have the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated with strong negotiation skills and a team player mindset.
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferably based in Colombo or suburbs.
