Job Description
As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and maintaining balance sheet schedules.
- Conducting timely reviews and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Conducting surprise cash counts and overseeing monthly cash reconciliations.
- Coordinating with the shared service center for effective vendor management and payment processing.
- Preparing and maintaining intercompany reconciliations.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and reforecasts.
- Managing tax-related activities.
- Submitting management reports and preparing for annual audits.
- Ensuring compliance with group (JKH), sector, and company policies, Sri Lankan accounting standards, industry requirements, and statutory regulations.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Partially or fully qualified in CIMA or ACCA.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP system (advantageous).
