Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong background in accounting and finance to join our consultancy team at Hayleys Business Solutions International. The role focuses on business process re-engineering, shared services implementation, internal process transitions, and robotic automation projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather information on clients’ business processes
• Compile process maps of banking, financial, and non-financial processes
• Design re-engineered processes using expert knowledge and industry benchmarks
• Present solutions to senior stakeholders
• Support clients in implementing proposed solutions
• Assist new clients with process transitions and services
• Provide research, management information, and project support

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification in CIMA / ACCA or a finance/business management degree
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Consultancy/Advisory or business analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and MS Office Package including MS VISIO
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Deadline-oriented, quick learner, and able to work independently
• Confident with all levels of stakeholders, team player, and eager to learn
• Ability to work from home or office
