Job Description
Position: Finance Manager reporting to the Group CFO
Purpose of the Position:
a. To manage the financial affairs of the company to contribute to overall business objectives.
b. Responsible for general accounting, finance management, and statutory compliance.
Principal Accountabilities:
a. Oversees finance functions like accounting, treasury, payroll, audit, and reporting.
b. Ensures strict compliance with statutory requirements and government regulations.
c. Coordinates product importation documentation and fees with import agencies.
d. Participates in process initiatives related to system changes.
e. Handles other financial, treasury, and audit-related matters as needed.
f. Checks Payroll and Payroll taxes.
Qualification Requirements:
a. University graduate in Accounting or related finance courses.
b. Chartered Accountant certification.
c. Minimum 7 years finance experience in managerial capacity, preferably in pharmaceutical companies. Knowledge of Tally system is advantageous.
d. Strong planning, organizational, analytical skills, and knowledge of local financial regulations.
